We’re not here to cut corners or over-promise. We price our work honestly, build it right the first time, and back what we do. From high-end architectural builds to well-executed renovations, we focus on getting the detail right.

David Watts
Director

David has been building in the local region his entire life. Born and raised here, he knows the land, the climate, and the unique demands of building in coastal and rural environments like Omaha, Matakana, Mangawhai and Warkworth.
With over 12 years of hands-on experience, David is not only a highly skilled builder but also an accomplished project manager, trusted to lead some of the area’s most high-end residential builds. From architectural homes to complex renovations, he brings a sharp eye for detail, a calm head under pressure, and a commitment to doing things right.
David also spent time working in London, where he delivered a restaurant fit-out for a celebrity chef. The project was nominated for a design award and gave him valuable experience in high-spec commercial work. During this time, he also contributed to installations for London Design Week, gaining exposure to cutting-edge design and international construction methods.
Clients and contractors alike value David’s straight-up communication and no-nonsense approach. He believes good building starts with good planning. That’s why every project under David’s leadership is accurately scoped, efficiently run and delivered to the highest standard.
